Having made the decision to neither be buried or cremated, and therefore leaving no physical memorial for those I will at some point leave behind, I thought I'd set up this personal website. Though it doesn't tell the whole story of my life (what memorial or website ever does that in relation to any of us) it does however allow me to (finally) tell my own story and in my own words (and images). After all, it is and has always been my life, so it's only right that I get to write my own history.

Of course, one day, one of two things will happen i.e. Wix will close down and/or anyone who ever played a part in my life will have died too. So this website has a very limited time period ahead of it: and when these two realities happen, it will be of very little (if any) interest to anyone else out there. But as none of us get to live forever, neither do we get to be remembered for ever. The point where we simply slip out of memory, space and time waits for us all whether we like to recognise it or not.

Until then, I hope that family and friends find this personal website comforting, and that all else who peruse it find it at least mildly interesting.

POSTNOTE

Sadly, no photographic or documented material now exists of my time spent in London between 1976 - 1981. Although I had a huge suitcase full of memories of those early punk days stored in my father's loft, for some inexplicable reason it was classified as 'junk', and then thrown away during one of his extremely rare spring cleans (thanks dad!).
